Grovity Leadership

    About Grovity Leadership

Built for Leaders Who Do Real Work.

Founded in 2023 by Wes Martin and Jeremiah Shaw. Grovity exists to help leaders, teams, and organizations become more grove-like, providing the protection, resources, and clarity that help people perform at their best.

    Why Grovity?

The name Grovity represents the idea of becoming grove-like. Groves provide protection, resources, peace, and renewal. Leaders who are grove-like do the same for the people they lead.

Through Executive Coaching, Team Coaching, and Leadership Training, we help leaders, teams, and organizations become more grove-like, so their people can perform, grow, and deliver performance that matter.

    Who he works with

Leaders from emerging directors to C-suite executives.

    What he delivers

    Alignment, Fulfillment, and Impact.

Wes Martin is an executive coach who works with leaders from emerging directors to C-suite executives, helping them lead with greater clarity, self-awareness, and impact. He holds a master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University, is an ACC-credentialed coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and trained as a Professional Coach through the Co-Active Training Institute. Before starting his firm, Wes led people and teams in spaces including non-profit, higher education, and professional sports. That breadth gives him an unusual ability to connect with leaders regardless of industry or how long they've been in the role. He has worked with clients across numerous industries, including healthcare and biotechnology, coaching leaders holding titles such as Chief Medical Officer, Chief Science Officer, and Director of Outpatient Services, among others. He currently coaches through Grovity Leadership, a leadership development firm based in Oklahoma City, which he co-founded and leads alongside his coaching practice. Coaching Philosophy: Wes blends integrated leadership approaches with principles from performance psychology to help leaders achieve meaningful performance in a sustainable manner, not just short-term wins. He does this by helping leaders bring alignment between their vision, values, and identity, driving toward greater fulfillment and deeper impact, both for themselves and the people they lead. Clients often remark on their appreciation for Wes's ability to help them achieve clarity, identify core motives and patterns, and take the action needed to drive change. Outside the Office: Wes is a husband and father of three. That role shapes how he shows up as a coach, he's driven by a simple standard: helping build leaders and organizations he'd want his own kids to work for someday. A former college athlete, he stays close to that world of performance today through strength and physique sports, an interest that keeps him personally grounded in the same principles of discipline and sustainable achievement he coaches on. When he's not working, training, or parenting, he likes staying busy with home projects while listening to one of his favorite stand-up comedy podcasts. He lives in Edmond, Oklahoma.

    Co-Founder & Executive Coach

    Clark, Colorado

    Credentials

    • M.A. Organizational Leadership, York University
    • ACC, ICF
    • Co-Active Professional Coach, Co-Active Training Institute

    Who he works with

High performers who burn themselves and others out.

    What he delivers

Performance Focus, Healthy Motivation, and Consistent Execution.

Jeremiah is an executive coach who partners with leaders seeking to lead with greater intention and create lasting impact within their organizations. For nearly a decade, he has coached leaders at every stage, from emerging directors to founders and C-suite executives. He believes the greatest investment a leader can make is in becoming the leader their role requires them to be. Leaders rarely need more leadership content; they need the space to think clearly and a trusted partner who sharpens their perspective. While leaders often begin coaching because of a specific challenge or opportunity, Jeremiah believes the most effective coaching develops the leader, not simply the problem. His philosophy: leadership is an expression of the whole person, and lasting growth comes from developing the person behind the leader. He brings tools, frameworks, and assessments when appropriate, but the deeper work happens in examining assumptions, strengthening self-awareness, and aligning how leaders think, lead, and live with what matters most. Sustainable performance is the result of leaders who know who they are, know where they are going, and consistently act in alignment with their values. Jeremiah lives in Clark, Colorado with his wife, three children, and golden retrievers Birdie and Trout. Outside of coaching: fly-fishing, hunting, mountain biking, skiing, writing, and coaching youth athletics.

    Our Coaching Philosophy

    The The Summit Performance Framework

Leadership performance is not just a function of skills and strategy. It is a function of the person doing the leading. A leader who is running on empty, physically depleted, relationally isolated, mentally scattered, cannot deliver the clarity and accountability their organization needs.

Grovity coaching addresses the whole leader across five dimensions of leader health: Physical, Mental, Emotional, Relational, and Spiritual. When a leader strengthens across all five, our coaching sequence, Beliefs, Vision, Values, Identity, Clarity, Goals, and Accountability, produces two measurable outcomes: Fulfillment for the leader, and Impact for the people they lead.

Healthier leaders produce healthier teams. That is not a philosophy statement. It is what we see in the data.

The Right Coach for Every Engagement, Chosen By You

Wes and Jeremiah lead Grovity's full-time team and personally oversee every client relationship. Before any engagement begins, clients meet with up to three Grovity coaches in discovery calls. You choose who you work with, based on fit, not assignment.

For larger engagements, we draw from our vetted contract coach network. Every coach holds ICF credentials.

One thing we are deliberate about: conflict of interest. When coaching multiple leaders in the same organization, we assign separate coaches to ensure objective firewalls. No single coach holds information across the whole team. We do not manage the team for the leader. We coach the leader to have the conversations they need to have, in their own voice, with their own people.

    Our Coaching Team

Senior Coaching Partners across our vetted network. Every coach holds ICF credentials and brings deep, real-world leadership experience.
