What he delivers
Alignment, Fulfillment, and Impact.
Wes Martin is an executive coach who works with leaders from emerging directors to C-suite executives, helping them lead with greater clarity, self-awareness, and impact. He holds a master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University, is an ACC-credentialed coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and trained as a Professional Coach through the Co-Active Training Institute. Before starting his firm, Wes led people and teams in spaces including non-profit, higher education, and professional sports. That breadth gives him an unusual ability to connect with leaders regardless of industry or how long they've been in the role. He has worked with clients across numerous industries, including healthcare and biotechnology, coaching leaders holding titles such as Chief Medical Officer, Chief Science Officer, and Director of Outpatient Services, among others. He currently coaches through Grovity Leadership, a leadership development firm based in Oklahoma City, which he co-founded and leads alongside his coaching practice. Coaching Philosophy: Wes blends integrated leadership approaches with principles from performance psychology to help leaders achieve meaningful performance in a sustainable manner, not just short-term wins. He does this by helping leaders bring alignment between their vision, values, and identity, driving toward greater fulfillment and deeper impact, both for themselves and the people they lead. Clients often remark on their appreciation for Wes's ability to help them achieve clarity, identify core motives and patterns, and take the action needed to drive change. Outside the Office: Wes is a husband and father of three. That role shapes how he shows up as a coach, he's driven by a simple standard: helping build leaders and organizations he'd want his own kids to work for someday. A former college athlete, he stays close to that world of performance today through strength and physique sports, an interest that keeps him personally grounded in the same principles of discipline and sustainable achievement he coaches on. When he's not working, training, or parenting, he likes staying busy with home projects while listening to one of his favorite stand-up comedy podcasts. He lives in Edmond, Oklahoma.
