$7,500–$12,000/month, minimum 6-month commitment. Total investment ranges $45,000–$72,000. Includes 1:1 discovery interviews, team profiles, relationship and conflict management, facilitated sessions, and a full Team Charter. For organizations dealing with misalignment, turnover, or stalled execution, this investment typically pays for itself many times over.

When is payment due and how is it structured?

Initial agreements are paid in full upfront before the engagement begins. Upfront payment ensures both parties are fully committed from day one. Team coaching: first month paid at signing, subsequent months invoiced monthly. After an initial agreement completes, clients may continue on a month-to-month basis. Monthly invoicing reflects that.

What if I want to change coaches mid-engagement?

It happens — and we handle it directly. If the coach is not the right fit after beginning, we offer you the opportunity to meet additional Grovity coaches and select a new one. Your remaining sessions transfer in full. For example: a 12-session agreement with 4 completed = 8 sessions with your new coach. Completed sessions are non-refundable. This is why we are deliberate about matching upfront — clients meet up to three coaches before committing.

Can we continue coaching after the initial agreement ends?

Yes. After the initial agreement completes, clients may continue month-to-month. No long-term commitment required. Many clients have been with us for multiple years. The initial agreement is the foundation. Month-to-month is how the work continues to compound.

What is your cancellation and no-show policy?

We understand life happens. Cancelled or missed sessions are forfeited and non-refundable regardless of reason. This is not a penalty — it is a reflection of what coaching actually requires. We will make every effort to reschedule when possible, but rescheduling is not guaranteed. Consistency is what separates leaders who get performance from leaders who get an expensive experience they cannot measure.

How does billing work — do you invoice organizations?

Yes. Most clients pay through accounts payable. We invoice through QuickBooks and work with your finance and procurement teams. We do not require payment through the individual client.

In executive coaching, we use tools like TKI (Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument) and SDI / Core Strengths to give leaders a clear picture of their conflict style and relationship patterns. In team coaching, we surface the relationship dynamics and conflict patterns slowing execution — and build shared language and norms around how the team handles disagreement and makes decisions under pressure. Unresolved relationship conflict is one of the most expensive problems a leadership team can have.

We are hell-bent on eliminating conflict of interest. When coaching multiple leaders on the same team, we assign separate coaches — creating objective firewalls between individuals.
